כא) שם. שלא יתעלף לשון עייפות וחלשות הלב שאין יכול לראות מכת חרב וסכין אפי' בבהמה. רש"י חולין דף ג' ע"ב. והשמ"ח או' ב' כתב שהוא ענין הסרת הרגשה מחמת מורך לב כראותו דם ויפסיד השחיטה בלא הרגשה.
