ח) [סעיף ב'] מומר אוכל נבילות לתיאבון וכו' היינו כי לא משכח כשר אכיל נבילות ע"כ מהני בדיקת סכין כיון שנתונה בידו שוחט שפיר דכל כמה דמשכח היתרא לא אכיל איסורא אלא דלא טרח להדורי בתר סכין יפה אם זו פגומה. ט"ז סק"ב.
