ד) אם אחר ששחט הקדיש את הדם חייב לכסות מפני שקדמה מצות כסוי להקדש. כך שנינו בתוספתא. וה"ה אם הקדיש את החיה או העוף אחר ששחט. הרמב"ם פי"ד מה' שחיטה ה' ג' כנה"ג בהגה"ט או' ה' זב"צ או' ג'.
