כז) [סעיף ה'] י"א שעכשיו נוהגין היתר וכו' וזה מיירי בהוא שותק והם צווחים. ט"ז סק"ט. והש"ך ס"ק י"ח כתב דיש לחוש גם לזה שלא לאכלו אלא למכרו לעכו"ם רק בשניהם שותקים ולא ראינו שהכה אין לחוש כלל.
