לד) שם הגה. נותנם לע"ה. וה"ד אם הוא יר"ש והולך ע"פ חוקי התורה אבל אם אינו מאמין או בעל עבירות פשוט הוא דאין נותנין לו אפי' אין כהן אחר אלא שם אותם בדמים ויעכב הדמים אצלו עד שיזדמן כהן ונותן לו כנז"ל.
