הקבלן שעבודו גדול יתר על שעבוד הערב וכל שנכנס קבלן לחברו על מה שהלוה לאחר אפילו לא התנה עמו על מנת שיפרע ממי שירצה תחלה נפרע ממנו תחלה אם ירצה ואפילו יש נכסים ללוה:
