תאמר באותו ואת בנו שעשה בו הכתוב מזומן כשאינו מזומן. פירוש ובלבד שיהא מין בהמה, אבל בחיה ובעוף אינו נוהג, וכדתניא [בתוספתא] שור ולא חיה, שה ולא עוף.
