הא דאמרינן: כגון דשמע בעלה וגרשה ואהדרה ביומיה. לאו דוקא אהדר, אלא הוא הדין לנתארסה לאחר ביומיה, והאי בעל ארוס קאמר, דאילו בעלה ממש אינו מפר לפי שיצאתה שעה אחת לרשות עצמה, כדאיתא לקמן דאין הבעל מפר בקודמין.
