ככתובין וכמסורין דאמו לא שנא אמר תנו לו מנה זה ולא שנא אמר תנו לו מנה סתם קני ולא אמרינן שמא מנה קבור קאמר ובהדיא אמרי' והלכת' למנה קבור לא חיישינן (דף יג:) אמר רב הונא אמר רב מנה לי בידך תנהו לפלוני במעמד שלשתן קנה ל"ש מלוה ול"ש
