ומועלין בהן. פירוש מדרבנן ואין מעילה בדמים מן התורה אלא במקיז דם לבהמת קדשים וכדעת התוספות וכדכתיבנא בפרק אין עומדין בס״ד.

מקום יש בראש להניח שני תפילין ומכאן שהתפילין יש להם שיעור למטה וכדכתיבנא בפרק המוצא תפילין בס״ד.
