דברה תורה כלשון בני אדם פי' וקסבר דאע"ג דאיכא למדרש לא דרשינן דהא איכא תנא במס' יבמות דס"ל הכי א"נ דהכא ליכא למדרש הוא שהדעת נוטה שכל מי שיש לו ואינו רוצה להתפרנס משלו שלא יהא נזקקין לו כלל:
