מתני׳ איזהו דבר עיר המוציאה ת״ק רגלי יצאו ממנה ג׳ מתים כו׳ וכן לפי חשבון זה כדמפרש במתני׳ ואין בכלל אנשי העיר הנשים והקטנים והזקני׳ ששבתו ממלאכה כדכתב הרמב״ם ז״ל והיינו דנקט תנא ת״ק רגלי.
