והמלוה סלע לעני בשעת דוחקו פי' לצורך מזונות אבל ממציא מעות לעני בשעת דוחק שאמרו לגנאי זהו כגון שהיה בעל חובו דוחקו למכור כלי תשמישו והוא ממציא לו מעות עליה'. תוס'
