א"ר יוחנן כל שטעמו וממשו אסור ולוקין עליו וזהו כזית בכדי אכילת פרס. טעמו ולא ממשו אסור ואין לוקין עליו. ואם ריבה טעם לפגם מותר. ולימא נותן טעם לפגם מותר. הא קמ"ל דאע"ג דאיכא מילי אחריני דפגמה בהדיה. והלכתא כלישנא בתרא דריש לקיש:
