איתמר רב אמר ערבון כנגדו הוא קונה. ור' יוחנן אמר כנגד כולו הוא קונה. במקרקעי קונה קנין גמור אם פרע קצת המעות קונה כל הקרקע ובמטלטלין לענין מי שפרע. וקי"ל דכל היכא דפליגי רב ור' יוחנן הלכה כר' יוחנן:
