אמר רב הונא הפודה פטר חמור של חבירו פדיונו פדוי. איבעיא להו פדיונו פדוי לפודה או דלמא פדיונו פדוי לבעלים. ופשטינן פדיונו פדוי לבעלים. וכן הלכתא:
