תא שמע המקדש את בתו אין הבוגרת בכלל הא קטנות בכלל ואמאי הא קידושין שאין מסורין לביאה נינהו ומשני לה רבא בדליכא אלא בוגרת וקטנה וקמ"ל אע"ג דשויתיה בוגרת שליח אין הבוגרת בכלל דלא שביק אינש מצוה דרמיא עליה ועבד מצוה דלא רמיא עליה:
