הזהירנו מאכול חמץ בפסח. והוא אמרו לא יאכל חמץ ובאר שהוא בכרת ואמר כי כל אוכל חמץ ונכרתה אם היה מזיד ואם היה שוגג חייב חטאת קבועה. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו במסכת פסחים. (בא, זמנים הלכות חמץ ומצה):
