שהזהירנו שלא ליהנות ולהחזיק כלל בדבר ממון של עיר הנדחת. והוא אמרו יתעלה ולא ידבק בידך מאומה מן החרם, ומי שלקח ממנו מאומה חייב מלקות. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו בעשירי מסנהדרין. (שם, שם):
