הזהירנו מגלות ערות אשה ובתה. והוא אמרו יתברך ערות אשה ובתה לא תגלה. והעובר על לאו זה והוא שתהיה אחת מהן אשתו ויבעול האחרת חייב שריפה. ואם לא נחקרה העדות בכרת אם היה מזיד. ואם היה שוגג יקריב חטאת קבועה:
