שהזהירנו מעשות שמן כמו שמן המשחה, והוא אמרו יתעלה ובמתכונתו לא תעשו כמוהו. והעובר על לאו זה אם היה מזיד חייב כרת ואם היה שוגג חייב חטאת קבועה. וכבר התבארו משפטי מצוה זו בפ"א מכריתות. (כי תשא, כלי בית המקדש פ"ה):
