וְלִיהֽוֹנָתָן בֶּן־שָׁאוּל בֵּן נְכֵה רַגְלָיִם בֶּן־חָמֵשׁ שָׁנִים הָיָה בְּבֹא שְׁמֻעַת שָׁאוּל וִיהוֹנָתָן מִֽיִּזְרְעֶאל וַתִּשָּׂאֵהוּ אֹֽמַנְתּוֹ וַתָּנֹס וַיְהִי בְּחׇפְזָהּ לָנוּס וַיִּפֹּל וַיִּפָּסֵחַ וּשְׁמוֹ מְפִיבֹֽשֶׁת׃
Yahonoson, the son of Shaul had a son with broken feet. He was five years old when the news came regarding [the deaths of] Yahonoson and Shaul from Yiszrael. His nurse picked him up and fled. [However,] in her haste to flee he fell and was rendered lame, and his name was Mephiboshes

וַיְצַו דָּוִד אֶת־הַנְּעָרִים וַיַּהַרְגוּם וַֽיְקַצְּצוּ אֶת־יְדֵיהֶם וְאֶת־רַגְלֵיהֶם וַיִּתְלוּ עַל־הַבְּרֵכָה בְּחֶבְרוֹן וְאֵת רֹאשׁ אִֽישׁ־בֹּשֶׁת לָקָחוּ וַיִּקְבְּרוּ בְקֶבֶר־אַבְנֵר בְּחֶבְרֽוֹן׃ {פ}

וליהונתן בן שאול. מונה והולך איך נשבת מלכות מבית שאול, הוא ובניו נהרגו, וזה הנשאר, הרגוהו על משכבו, ובנו של יהונתן נפל ויפסח:
