וַיֹּֽאמְרוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מִי אֲשֶׁר לֹא־עָלָה בַקָּהָל מִכׇּל־שִׁבְטֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶל־יְהֹוָה כִּי הַשְּׁבוּעָה הַגְּדוֹלָה הָיְתָה לַאֲשֶׁר לֹא־עָלָה אֶל־יְהֹוָה הַמִּצְפָּה לֵאמֹר מוֹת יוּמָֽת׃
The Bnei Yisroel proclaimed, "Is there anyone who did not ascend to the assembly before Adonoy among all the tribes of Yisroel?" For a momentous oath was taken against anyone who did not ascend before Adonoy at Mitzpah, condemning him to death.
