כְּשֶׁיַּגִּיעַ שָׁעָה רְבִיעִית יִקְבַּע סְעוּדָתוֹ; וְאִם הוּא תַּלְמִיד חָכָם וְעוֹסֵק בְּלִמּוּדוֹ, יַמְתִּין עַד שָׁעָה ו', וְלֹא יְאַחֵר יוֹתֵר דְּהָוֵי כְּזוֹרֵק אֶבֶן לַחֵמֶת אִם לֹא טָעַם מִדִּי בְּצַפְרָא.
