תְּהִלָּה לְדָוִד אֲרוֹמִמְךָ אֱלוֹהַי הַמֶּלֶךְ וַאֲבָרְכָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶֽד׃
A Praise of David. I will extol Thee, my God, O king; and I will bless Thy name for ever and ever.

ועזוז נוראותיך יאמרו. וגם אני גדולתך אספרנה:
זֵכֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ יַבִּיעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃

נו"ן חסרה מאלפ"א בית"א לפי שראה דוד בה מפלה קשה נפלה ולא תוסיף קום בתולת ישראל (עמוס ה, ב) וחזר וסמכה ברוח הקודש סומך ה' לכל הנופלים:
