כִּי־כֹה ׀ אָמַר יְהֹוָה גַּם־שְׁבִי גִבּוֹר יֻקָּח וּמַלְקוֹחַ עָרִיץ יִמָּלֵט וְאֶת־יְרִיבֵךְ אָנֹכִי אָרִיב וְאֶת־בָּנַיִךְ אָנֹכִי אוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃
But thus says the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contends with thee, and I will save thy children.

וְהַאֲכַלְתִּי אֶת־מוֹנַיִךְ אֶת־בְּשָׂרָם וְכֶעָסִיס דָּמָם יִשְׁכָּרוּן וְיָדְעוּ כׇל־בָּשָׂר כִּי אֲנִי יְהֹוָה מֽוֹשִׁיעֵךְ וְגֹאֲלֵךְ אֲבִיר יַעֲקֹֽב׃ {ס}
And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunk with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I, the Lord am thy deliverer and the mighty One of Ya῾aqov is thy redeemer.

והאכלתי את מוניך. הבבליי' לחית השדה את בשרם, מוניך ל' אל תונו (ויקרא כה) אונאת דברים המקנתרי' אותך בגידופיהם:
וכעסיס. מתק יין:
דמם ישכרון. כן ישכרו מדמם אותם הרגילים לשתות דם ומי הם אלו עוף השמים כן ת"י:
ואת יריבך. ועם מריביך אני אריב:
