לָכֵן כֹּֽה־אָמַר יְהֹוָה עַל־יְהֽוֹיָקִים מֶלֶךְ יְהוּדָה לֹא־יִֽהְיֶה־לּוֹ יוֹשֵׁב עַל־כִּסֵּא דָוִד וְנִבְלָתוֹ תִּהְיֶה מֻשְׁלֶכֶת לַחֹרֶב בַּיּוֹם וְלַקֶּרַח בַּלָּֽיְלָה׃
Therefore thus says the Lord of Yehoyaqim king of Yehuda; He shall have none to sit upon the throne of David: and his dead body shall be cast out to the heat by day, and to the frost by night.

וּפָקַדְתִּי עָלָיו וְעַל־זַרְעוֹ וְעַל־עֲבָדָיו אֶת־עֲוֺנָם וְהֵבֵאתִי עֲלֵיהֶם וְעַל־יֹשְׁבֵי יְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִם וְאֶל־אִישׁ יְהוּדָה אֵת כׇּל־הָרָעָה אֲשֶׁר־דִּבַּרְתִּי אֲלֵיהֶם וְלֹא שָׁמֵֽעוּ׃
And I will punish him and his seed and his servants for their iniquity; and I will bring upon them, and upon the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, and upon the men of Yehuda, all the evil that I have pronounced against them; but they hearkened not.

וְיִרְמְיָהוּ לָקַח ׀ מְגִלָּה אַחֶרֶת וַֽיִּתְּנָהּ אֶל־בָּרוּךְ בֶּן־נֵרִיָּהוּ הַסֹּפֵר וַיִּכְתֹּב עָלֶיהָ מִפִּי יִרְמְיָהוּ אֵת כׇּל־דִּבְרֵי הַסֵּפֶר אֲשֶׁר שָׂרַף יְהוֹיָקִים מֶלֶךְ־יְהוּדָה בָּאֵשׁ וְעוֹד נוֹסַף עֲלֵיהֶם דְּבָרִים רַבִּים כָּהֵֽמָּה׃ {פ}
Then Yirmeyahu took another scroll, and gave it to Barukh the scribe, the son of Neriyya; who wrote in it from the mouth of Yirmeyahu all the words of the book which Yehoyaqim king of Yehuda had burned in the fire: and there were added to them besides many similar words.
