מַבְלִיגִיתִי עֲלֵי יָגוֹן עָלַי לִבִּי דַוָּֽי׃

עלי לבי דוי. מקול נבואות הנגלות אלי בפורעניות הבאות:
הִנֵּה־קוֹל שַֽׁוְעַת בַּת־עַמִּי מֵאֶרֶץ מַרְחַקִּים הַֽיהֹוָה אֵין בְּצִיּוֹן אִם־מַלְכָּהּ אֵין בָּהּ מַדּוּעַ הִכְעִסוּנִי בִּפְסִלֵיהֶם בְּהַבְלֵי נֵכָֽר׃
Behold the voice of the cry of the daughter of my people coming from a far country: Is not the Lord in Żiyyon? is not her king in her? Why have they provoked me to anger with their carved idols, and with foreign vanities?

הנה קול שועת בת עמי. אני שומע שסופן לצעוק בארץ מרחקים ולמה כל זאת הלא ה' בציון ואם ישובו אליו ימצא להם:
עָבַר קָצִיר כָּלָה קָיִץ וַאֲנַחְנוּ לוֹא נוֹשָֽׁעְנוּ׃

עבר קציר כלה קיץ. צפינו לעזרת מצרים ולא באה אמרנו יעבור הקציר ויהיו פנויין ויבאו והנה עבר זמן הקציר באייר וזמן הקיץ בתמוז ולא באו:
עַל־שֶׁבֶר בַּת־עַמִּי הׇשְׁבָּרְתִּי קָדַרְתִּי שַׁמָּה הֶחֱזִקָֽתְנִי׃

הצרי אין בגלעד. שהצרי בא משם כמו שנאמר עלי גלעד וקחי צרי (לקמן מה) כלומר וכי לא היו להם אנשים צדיקים ממי ללמוד ויטיבו דרכיהם:

מבליגיתי עלי יגון. כמו הבלגתי ושם דבר הוא מישאיטינמנ"ץ בלעז כלומר אם אמרתי אבליגה ואתאפק עלי יגוני:
