The blessing goes on: Blessed be El Elyon (the Most High), who delivered your enemies into your hand. And then: he gave him a tenth of everything.
And blessed be the Most High Almighty Who has delivered your enemies into your hand. [Avram] gave him a tenth of everything.

The king of Sodom said to Avram: give me the people, and take the property for yourself.
The King of Sedom said to Avram: Give me the people, and take the possessions for yourself.

Avram said to the king of Sedom: I have lifted my hand to Hashem, the Most High, who possesses heaven and earth.
Avram said to the King of Sedom: I have lifted my hand [in prayer] to [before] Adonoy [before] the Most High Almighty, Possessor of heaven and earth.

Avram continues his words to the king of Sodom: not a thread and not a shoelace strap — and I will not take anything of yours, so that you will not say, "I made Avram rich."
Neither a thread nor a shoelace! And I will not take anything of yours, so you will not [be able] to say, I have made Avram wealthy.

Avram continues: apart from me — only what the young men have eaten, and the share of the men who went with me, Aner, Eshkol and Mamre — they will take their share.
I am excluding myself; only what the lads have eaten, and the portion of the men who went with me, Aneir, Eshkol and Mamrei, they may take their portion.
