וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִיד לִשְׁלֹמֹה בְנוֹ חֲזַק וֶֽאֱמַץ וַעֲשֵׂה אַל־תִּירָא וְאַל־תֵּחָת כִּי יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהַי עִמָּךְ לֹא יַרְפְּךָ וְלֹא יַעַזְבֶךָּ עַד־לִכְלוֹת כׇּל־מְלֶאכֶת עֲבוֹדַת בֵּית־יְהֹוָֽה׃
And David said to Shelomo his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: do not fear, or be dismayed: for the Lord God, my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, or forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord.

וְהִנֵּה מַחְלְקוֹת הַכֹּהֲנִים וְהַלְוִיִּם לְכׇל־עֲבוֹדַת בֵּית הָֽאֱלֹהִים וְעִמְּךָ בְכׇל־מְלָאכָה לְכׇל־נָדִיב בַּֽחׇכְמָה לְכׇל־עֲבוֹדָה וְהַשָּׂרִים וְכׇל־הָעָם לְכׇל־דְּבָרֶֽיךָ׃ {ס}
And, behold, the divisions of the priests and the Levites, for all the service of the house of God: and there shall be with thee for all manner of workmanship every willing skilful man, for any manner of service: also the princes and all the people will be wholly at thy commandment.

Rashi
והנה מחלקות הכהנים והלוים לכל עבודת בית האלהים עמך בכל מלאכה. כלומר הכל ערכתי וסדרתי וזמנתי לך מחלקות ופועלים ואין לך לעכב כי אם מיד לבנות הבית:
והשרים. הממונים על הפועלים ושוטריהם:
וכל העם לכל דבריך. לעשות צווייך:
חזק ואמץ. כדי שתתקיים מלכותך כמו (לעיל כ"ח) שהבטיחך הקב"ה והכינותי מלכותו עד עולם אם יחזק לעשות מצותי וגו':
