וְכִשְׁמֹעַ אָסָא הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה וְהַנְּבוּאָה עֹדֵד הַנָּבִיא הִתְחַזַּק וַיַּעֲבֵר הַשִּׁקּוּצִים מִכׇּל־אֶרֶץ יְהוּדָה וּבִנְיָמִן וּמִן־הֶעָרִים אֲשֶׁר לָכַד מֵהַר אֶפְרָיִם וַיְחַדֵּשׁ אֶת־מִזְבַּח יְהֹוָה אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵי אוּלָם יְהֹוָֽה׃
And when Asa heard these words, and the prophecy of ῾Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the disgusting idols out of all the land of Yehuda and Binyamin, and out of the cities which he had taken from mount Efrayim, and renewed the altar of the Lord, that was before the porch of the Lord.

וַיִּקְבֹּץ אֶת־כׇּל־יְהוּדָה וּבִנְיָמִן וְהַגָּרִים עִמָּהֶם מֵאֶפְרַיִם וּמְנַשֶּׁה וּמִשִּׁמְעוֹן כִּֽי־נָפְלוּ עָלָיו מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל לָרֹב בִּרְאֹתָם כִּֽי־יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהָיו עִמּֽוֹ׃ {פ}
And he gathered all Yehuda and Binyamin, and the strangers with them out of Efrayim and Menashshe, and out of Shim῾on: for they deserted to him out of Yisra᾽el in great numbers, when they saw that the Lord his God was with him.
