רבי עקיבא אוסר בכל מקום. וקיימא לן כותיה וכדפסק רבה. ומיהו בירושלמי (ה"ה) מסיים בה ובלבד מקום שאין שם כותל, כלומר בבקעה אבל בבתי כסאות שבבית אין שם קפידא.
