וּבְהַפִּֽילְכֶם אֶת־הָאָרֶץ בְּנַחֲלָה תָּרִימוּ תְרוּמָה לַיהֹוָה ׀ קֹדֶשׁ מִן־הָאָרֶץ אֹרֶךְ חֲמִשָּׁה וְעֶשְׂרִים אֶלֶף אֹרֶךְ וְרֹחַב עֲשָׂרָה אָלֶף קֹדֶשׁ־הוּא בְכׇל־גְּבוּלָהּ סָבִֽיב׃
And when you divide by lot the land for inheritance, you shall designate a portion to the Lord, a holy area of the land: the length shall be the length of twenty five thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all its border round about.

תרומה לה'. לבנות בה"מ הזה בו:
יִֽהְיֶה מִזֶּה אֶל־הַקֹּדֶשׁ חֲמֵשׁ מֵאוֹת בַּחֲמֵשׁ מֵאוֹת מְרֻבָּע סָבִיב וַחֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה מִגְרָשׁ לוֹ סָבִֽיב׃
Of this there shall be a square plot for the sanctuary, five hundred by five hundred round about; and there shall be an open space for it of fifty cubits round about.

יהיה מזה. מן התרומה הזו יהיה לצורך הקדש להר הבית חמש מאות קנים והמותר לבתים לכהנים כמו שמפורש בסוף הספר:
וּמִן־הַמִּדָּה הַזֹּאת תָּמוֹד אֹרֶךְ (חמש) [חֲמִשָּׁה] וְעֶשְׂרִים אֶלֶף וְרֹחַב עֲשֶׂרֶת אֲלָפִים וּבֽוֹ־יִהְיֶה הַמִּקְדָּשׁ קֹדֶשׁ קׇדָשִֽׁים׃

ומן המדה הזאת. בקנה המדה שנמדד בו ריבוע הר הבית ה' מאות על ה' מאות כמו שאמור בענין של מעלה (מ"ב) לד' רוחות מדדו חומה לו סביב ה' מאות קנים וגו':
תמוד אורך. חמשה ועשרים אלף קנים ורוחב י' אלפי' קנים ולפי שלא פירש בפסוק ראשון מה הן כ"ה אלף אם קנים אם אמות הוצרך לומר שכ"ה מדות בקנה המדה שנמדדו בה ה' מאות על ה' מאות של הר הבית נמדדין אלפים הללו לתרומה:
קֹדֶשׁ מִן־הָאָרֶץ הוּא לַכֹּהֲנִים מְשָׁרְתֵי הַמִּקְדָּשׁ יִֽהְיֶה הַקְּרֵבִים לְשָׁרֵת אֶת־יְהֹוָה וְהָיָה לָהֶם מָקוֹם לְבָתִּים וּמִקְדָּשׁ לַמִּקְדָּֽשׁ׃

קדש מן הארץ. סרס את המקרא מותר הקדש אשר מן הארץ הוא יהיה לכהנים משרתי המקדש המקריבים וגו' קדש מן הארץ היא התרומה הזאת:
לכהנים משרתי המקדש יהיה. העודף על חמש מאות של הר הבית י"ב אלף ומאתים וחמשים למזרח וכנגדן למערב והמקדש באמצע וארבעת אלפים ושבע מאות וחמשים לצפון וכנגדן לדרום:
והיה להם מקום לבתים. העודף הזה שסביב המקדש:
ומקדש למקדש. וחמש מאות על חמש מאות האמצעיי' יהיו מקודשים לצורך המקדש אישיינטיג"יאה אלשיינטואיירא בלע"ז:
וַחֲמִשָּׁה וְעֶשְׂרִים אֶלֶף אֹרֶךְ וַעֲשֶׂרֶת אֲלָפִים רֹחַב (יהיה) [וְֽהָיָה] לַלְוִיִּם מְשָׁרְתֵי הַבַּיִת לָהֶם לַאֲחֻזָּה עֶשְׂרִים לְשָׁכֹֽת׃

וחמשה ועשרים אלף. קנים אורך ועשרת אלפים רחב תרימו רצועה אחרת אצל זו בדרומה של זו לצורך הלוים כך מפורש בסוף הספר שהיא בדרום, מצאתי, כ' לשכות יהיה ללוים בהיקף המקדש לשמור הבית ולנוי ומותר הרצועות יעשו לצרכיהם, תו':
וַאֲחֻזַּת הָעִיר תִּתְּנוּ חֲמֵשֶׁת אֲלָפִים רֹחַב וְאֹרֶךְ חֲמִשָּׁה וְעֶשְׂרִים אֶלֶף לְעֻמַּת תְּרוּמַת הַקֹּדֶשׁ לְכׇל־בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל יִהְיֶֽה׃

ואחוזת העיר. בהיקף העיר אחוזת מושב חול שלה לבנות בה ישראל בתים:
תתנו חמשת אלפים רחב. בדרומה של שנייה ואורך כמדת שתי הרצועות נמצאת כל התרומה מרובעת כ"ה על כ"ה אלפים:
לעומת תרומת הקודש. כלומר במדת אורך רצועות תרומת הקודש:
לכל בית ישראל יהיה. אותה רצועה שלישית תהיה מושב לזרים:
וְלַנָּשִׂיא מִזֶּה וּמִזֶּה לִתְרוּמַת הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְלַאֲחֻזַּת הָעִיר אֶל־פְּנֵי תְרֽוּמַת־הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶל־פְּנֵי אֲחֻזַּת הָעִיר מִפְּאַת־יָם יָמָּה וּמִפְּאַת־קֵדְמָה קָדִימָה וְאֹרֶךְ לְעֻמּוֹת אַחַד הַחֲלָקִים מִגְּבוּל יָם אֶל־גְּבוּל קָדִֽימָה׃
And the prince’s portion shall be on either side of the designated holy area, and of the possession of the city, in front of the designated holy area, and in front of the possession of the city, on the west side westward, and on the east side eastward: and the length shall correspond to one of the portions, from the western boundary to the eastern boundary.

ולנשיא מזה ומזה לתרומת הקודש ולאחוזת העיר. בסוף הפרשה הוא חולק את ארץ ישראל ממזרחה למערבה לי"ג רצועות י"ב למנין השבטים וכל אחת עשרים וחמש אלף קנים רחב וארכן כאורך כל ארץ ישראל ורצועה אחת לתרומה ארכה מן הגבול מזרח ועד גבול מערב ורחבה כ"ה אלפים קנים כשאר כל חלק וחלק ומאותה רצועה הוא תורם באמצעיתה ג' רצועות הללו האמורות למעל' שהם כ"ה אלפים על כ"ה אלפים והעודף עליהם למזרח עד סוף הגבול הארץ וכן למערב יהיה לנשיא מזה ומזה למזרח ולמערב:
אל פני תרומת הקדש ואל פני אחוזת העיר. כנגד כל רחב שלשה הרצועות המובדלות לתרומת הקודש של רצועת הכהנים והלוים ואחוזת העיר:
מפאת ים ימה. ממערב תרומת הקודש והעיר עד מערב הגבול:
ומפאת קדמה קדימה. וממזרח התרומה למצר ממזרח לעומת אחד החלקים של שבטי' המפורשין בסוף הספר שהם מגבול ים של ארץ ישראל עד גבול קדים:
לָאָרֶץ יִֽהְיֶה־לּוֹ לַאֲחֻזָּה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל וְלֹא־יוֹנוּ עוֹד נְשִׂיאַי אֶת־עַמִּי וְהָאָרֶץ יִתְּנוּ לְבֵֽית־יִשְׂרָאֵל לְשִׁבְטֵיהֶֽם׃ {פ}
It shall be his possession of the land in Yisra᾽el: and my princes shall no more oppress my people; but they shall give to the house of Yisra᾽el the rest of the land according to their tribes.

לארץ יהיה לו לאחוזה. ת"י דא ארעא תהא רבא לאחסנתא:
ולא יונו. לשון אונאת ממון שגוזלין את נחלתם:
ובהפילכם את הארץ בנחלה. שעתידים לחלוק את א"י לי"ב רצועות לא כחלוקה הראשונה שהיתה לרב כפי מניינו ולמעט כפי פקודיו והיו ב' שבטים או ג' ברצועה אחת עכשיו החלקים שוים וכשורות הכרם מפאת ים עד פאת קדים כמו שמפורש בסוף הספר:
