וַיִּתֵּן מֹשֶׁה לְמַטֵּה־גָד לִבְנֵי־גָד לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם׃
And Moshe gave to the tribe of Gad, to the children of Gad by their families.

וּמֵחֶשְׁבּוֹן עַד־רָמַת הַמִּצְפֶּה וּבְטֹנִים וּמִֽמַּחֲנַיִם עַד־גְּבוּל לִדְבִֽר׃
and from Ḥeshbon to Ramat-hammiżpe, and Betonim; and from Maĥanayim to the border of Devir;

וּבָעֵמֶק בֵּית הָרָם וּבֵית נִמְרָה וְסֻכּוֹת וְצָפוֹן יֶתֶר מַמְלְכוּת סִיחוֹן מֶלֶךְ חֶשְׁבּוֹן הַיַּרְדֵּן וּגְבֻל עַד־קְצֵה יָם־כִּנֶּרֶת עֵבֶר הַיַּרְדֵּן מִזְרָֽחָה׃
and in the valley of Bet-haram and Bet-nimra, and Sukkot, and Żafon, the rest of the kingdom of Siĥon king of Ḥeshbon, the Yarden and its shore, to the edge of the Sea of Kinneret on the other side of the Yarden eastward.

הירדן וגבל. ירדנא ותחומיה, הערים על שפתו:
The Jordan and its border. The Jordan and its boundary, [including] the cities which are on its bank.
זֹאת נַחֲלַת בְּנֵי־גָד לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם הֶעָרִים וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽם׃ {ס}
This is the inheritance of the children of Gad by their families, the cities, and their villages.

וחצי ארץ בני עמון. חצי מה שכבשו מארץ בני עמון ומסיחון:
And half the land of the Bnei Amon. Half the land they conquered from the Bnei Amon and from Sichon.
