נִצָּב לָרִיב יְהֹוָה וְעֹמֵד לָדִין עַמִּֽים׃

ועומד לדין עמים. ומתעכב ומאריך בדינן של אומות. עמידה זו לשון עכבה:
יְהֹוָה בְּמִשְׁפָּט יָבוֹא עִם־זִקְנֵי עַמּוֹ וְשָׂרָיו וְאַתֶּם בִּעַרְתֶּם הַכֶּרֶם גְּזֵלַת הֶעָנִי בְּבָתֵּיכֶֽם׃
The Lord will enter into judgment with the elders of his people, and its princes, saying, It is you who have eaten up the vineyard; the robbery of the poor is in your houses.

ה' במשפט יבוא עם זקני עמו. שהי' להם למחות, ולעכו"ם אומר אתם בערת' את כרמי אני קצפתי מעט ואתם עזרתם לרעה:
גזלת העני. דור שהיו עניים במעשים טובים כל זה במדרש אגדה ולפי משמעות פשוטו כל הענין על ישראל ועומד לדין עמים הם השבטים:
ואתם בערתם הכרם. הזקנים והשרים אכלו את שאר העם:
(מלכם) [מַה־לָּכֶם] תְּדַכְּאוּ עַמִּי וּפְנֵי עֲנִיִּים תִּטְחָנוּ נְאֻם־אֲדֹנָי יֱהֹוִה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ {ס}
