43:11

אָנֹכִי אָנֹכִי יְהֹוָה וְאֵין מִבַּלְעָדַי מוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃

I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no deliverer.

43:12

אָנֹכִי הִגַּדְתִּי וְהוֹשַׁעְתִּי וְהִשְׁמַעְתִּי וְאֵין בָּכֶם זָר וְאַתֶּם עֵדַי נְאֻם־יְהֹוָה וַאֲנִי־אֵֽל׃

I have declared, and have saved, and I have announced, and there was no strange god among you: therefore you are my witnesses, says the Lord, and I am God.

Rashi

אנכי הגדתי. הגליות לאברהם:

והושעתי. לקיים דברי בעת רץ:

והשמעתי. לכם הראשונו':

ואין בכם זר. באותן הימים שעשיתי כל אלה לא נראה בכולכם ביני העכו"ם אל זר להראות גדולתו ואלהותו בפני:

ואתם עדי. שפתחתי לכם שבעה רקיעי' ולא ראיתם כל תמונה:

43:13

גַּם־מִיּוֹם אֲנִי הוּא וְאֵין מִיָּדִי מַצִּיל אֶפְעַל וּמִי יְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃ {ס}

Yea, from the first I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall reverse it?

Rashi

גם מיום אני הוא. לא אותו היום לבדו הייתי לבדי כי גם מאז היות יום אני הוא לבדי:

אפעל. אם באתי לפעול אין משיב:
