וְרֶגַע אֲדַבֵּר עַל־גּוֹי וְעַל־מַמְלָכָה לִבְנוֹת וְלִנְטֽוֹעַ׃
And at another time, I speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant;

וְעָשָׂה (הרעה) [הָרַע] בְּעֵינַי לְבִלְתִּי שְׁמֹעַ בְּקוֹלִי וְנִֽחַמְתִּי עַל־הַטּוֹבָה אֲשֶׁר אָמַרְתִּי לְהֵיטִיב אוֹתֽוֹ׃ {ס}
but if it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I repent of the good, with which I said I would benefit them.
