כֹּה ׀ אָמַר יְהֹוָה נֹתֵן שֶׁמֶשׁ לְאוֹר יוֹמָם חֻקֹּת יָרֵחַ וְכוֹכָבִים לְאוֹר לָיְלָה רֹגַע הַיָּם וַיֶּהֱמוּ גַלָּיו יְהֹוָה צְבָאוֹת שְׁמֽוֹ׃
Thus says the Lord, who gives the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, who stirs up the sea that its waves roar; the Lord of hosts is his name:

רוגע הים. מנידו ומרתיחו ונעשה קמטים קמטים כמו עורי רגע (איוב ז):
אִם־יָמֻשׁוּ הַחֻקִּים הָאֵלֶּה מִלְּפָנַי נְאֻם־יְהֹוָה גַּם זֶרַע יִשְׂרָאֵל יִשְׁבְּתוּ מִהְיוֹת גּוֹי לְפָנַי כׇּל־הַיָּמִֽים׃ {ס}
If those ordinances depart from before me, says the Lord, then the seed of Yisra᾽el also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
