בִּשְׁנַת שְׁתֵּים־עֶשְׂרֵה שָׁנָה לְיוֹרָם בֶּן־אַחְאָב מֶלֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵל מָלַךְ אֲחַזְיָהוּ בֶן־יְהוֹרָם מֶלֶךְ יְהוּדָֽה׃
In the twelfth year of Yoram the son of Aĥ᾽av king of Yisra᾽el did Aĥazyahu, the son of Yehoram king of Yehuda begin to reign.

בֶּן־עֶשְׂרִים וּשְׁתַּיִם שָׁנָה אֲחַזְיָהוּ בְמׇלְכוֹ וְשָׁנָה אַחַת מָלַךְ בִּירוּשָׁלָ͏ִם וְשֵׁם אִמּוֹ עֲתַלְיָהוּ בַּת־עׇמְרִי מֶלֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Aĥazyahu was twenty two years old when he began to reign; and he reigned one year in Yerushalayim. And his mother’s name was ῾Atalyahu, the daughter of ῾Omri king of Yisra᾽el.

וַיֵּלֶךְ בְּדֶרֶךְ בֵּית אַחְאָב וַיַּעַשׂ הָרַע בְּעֵינֵי יְהֹוָה כְּבֵית אַחְאָב כִּי חֲתַן בֵּית־אַחְאָב הֽוּא׃
And he walked in the way of the house of Aĥ᾽av, and did evil in the sight of the Lord, as did the house of Aĥ᾽av: for he was the son in law of the house of Aĥ᾽av.

וַיֵּלֶךְ אֶת־יוֹרָם בֶּן־אַחְאָב לַמִּלְחָמָה עִם־חֲזָאֵל מֶלֶךְ־אֲרָם בְּרָמֹת גִּלְעָד וַיַּכּוּ אֲרַמִּים אֶת־יוֹרָֽם׃
And he went with Yoram the son of Aĥ᾽av to the war against Ḥaza᾽el king of Aram in Ramot-gil῾ad; and the Arammim wounded Yoram.

וַיָּשׇׁב יוֹרָם הַמֶּלֶךְ לְהִתְרַפֵּא בְיִזְרְעֶאל מִן־הַמַּכִּים אֲשֶׁר יַכֻּהוּ אֲרַמִּים בָּרָמָה בְּהִלָּחֲמוֹ אֶת־חֲזָהאֵל מֶלֶךְ אֲרָם וַאֲחַזְיָהוּ בֶן־יְהוֹרָם מֶלֶךְ יְהוּדָה יָרַד לִרְאוֹת אֶת־יוֹרָם בֶּן־אַחְאָב בְּיִזְרְעֶאל כִּי־חֹלֶה הֽוּא׃ {פ}
And the king Yoram went back to be healed in Yizre῾el of the wounds which the Arammim had given him at Rama, when he fought against Ḥaza᾽el king of Aram. And Aĥazyahu the son of Yehoram king of Yehuda went down to see Yoram the son of Aĥ᾽av in Yizre῾el, because he was sick.
