גַּם־אֵלֶּה לַחֲכָמִים הַֽכֵּר־פָּנִים בְּמִשְׁפָּט בַּל־טֽוֹב׃

אֹמֵר ׀ לְרָשָׁע צַדִּיק אָתָּה יִקְּבֻהוּ עַמִּים יִזְעָמוּהוּ לְאֻמִּֽים׃
He who says to the wicked, Thou art in the right; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him:

הָכֵן בַּחוּץ ׀ מְלַאכְתֶּךָ וְעַתְּדָהּ בַּשָּׂדֶה לָךְ אַחַר וּבָנִיתָ בֵיתֶֽךָ׃ {פ}

ועתדה בשדה. זו משנה:
אחר ובנית ביתך. זו גמרא, ד"א כמשמעו בתחלה קח לך שדות וכרמים ואחר כך ועתדה לשון עתודים (בראשית ל״א:ל״ב) שים לך בהמות בשדה ואח"כ ובנית ביתך תקח אשה:
גם אלה לחכמים. כל הדברים שבענין שלמטה אמורי' לחכמים היושבים בדין שלא יכירו פנים במשפט כי לא טוב:
