יְֽהֹוָה בְּחׇכְמָה יָסַד־אָרֶץ כּוֹנֵן שָׁמַיִם בִּתְבוּנָֽה׃

כי ה' יהיה בכסלך. במבטחך, ד"א בדברים שאתה כסיל בהן כך מצאתי בירושלמי:

וכן אל תאמר לרעך. לעני:
ויש אתך. מה שתתן לו, ורבותינו פירשו לך ושוב על שכר שכיר:

אל תחרוש על רעך. אל תחשוב ואינו זז ממשמעות חרישה מה דרך החורש מכין מקום לזמן הזריעה אף החושב רעה מכין מקום תחבולות בלבו איך יעמוד ויעשנה:
אַל־[תָּרִיב] (תרוב) עִם־אָדָם חִנָּם אִם־לֹא גְמָלְךָ רָעָֽה׃

אם לא גמלך רעה. שעבר על המצוה הכתובה בתורה ואהבת לרעך כמוך (ויקרא יט) ומי שהוא רשע רשאי אתה לשונאו:
אַל־תְּקַנֵּא בְּאִישׁ חָמָס וְאַל־תִּבְחַר בְּכׇל־דְּרָכָֽיו׃

אם ללצים. אדם נמשך אחריהם לסוף אף הוא יהיה לץ עמהם:

כָּבוֹד חֲכָמִים יִנְחָלוּ וּכְסִילִים מֵרִים קָלֽוֹן׃ {פ}
