Every man whose heart lifted him up came—and every one whose generous spirit inspired him brought a terumah-offering to Adonoy, for the work of the Tent of Meeting, and for all [that was needed for] its service, and for the sacred garments.
Every man whose heart lifted him up came—and every one whose generous spirit inspired him brought a terumah-offering to Adonoy, for the work of the Tent of Meeting, and for all [that was needed for] its service, and for the sacred garments.

And they came—both men and woman—all who were generous of heart brought bracelets, nose rings, finger rings, and buckles—all kinds of golden vessels—and every man that offered a wave-offering of gold unto Adonoy.
And they came—both men and woman—all who were generous of heart brought bracelets, nose rings, finger rings, and buckles—all kinds of golden vessels—and every man that offered a wave-offering of gold unto Adonoy.
Rashi
Bracelets. A round golden ornament worn on the arm. It is called a צָמִיד — “bracelet.”
And buckles. A golden ornament worn against a woman’s private parts. Our Sages explained the derivation of the name כוּמָז as כָּאן מָקוֹם זִמָּה — “here is the place of lewdness.”
Every man who had with him greenish-blue wool, dark red wool, crimson wool, fine linen, goats’ hair, red dyed rams’ skins, and tachash skins brought them.

Rashi
Every man who had with him — greenish-blue wool, or dark red wool, or crimson wool, or rams’ skins or tachash skins — they all brought.
Everyone who did lift up a terumah-offering of silver or copper, brought the terumah-offering to Adonoy; and everyone who had with him acacia wood for use in the work of the service, brought it.

And every wise-hearted woman spun with her hands; and they brought the spun yarn of greenish-blue wool, dark red wool, crimson wool and fine linen.
And every wise-hearted woman spun with her hands; and they brought the spun yarn of greenish-blue wool, dark red wool, crimson wool and fine linen.
And all the women whose hearts inspired them with wisdom, spun the goat’s hair.

Rashi
Spun the goats’ hair. This was a craft of special skill for they spun it while it was still on the animals’ backs.
And the leaders [of the tribes] brought onyx stones, and stones for setting into the ephod and breastplate.

Rashi
And the leaders [of the tribes] brought. R. Noson said: Why did the נְשִׂיאִים see fit to contribute to the dedication of the altar first whereas for the works of the mishkon they were not the first to contribute? But the נְשִׂיאִים thought as follows: “Let the public-at-large contribute whatever they will contribute, and whatever will be lacking we will supply.” Once the public supplied all that was needed, as it is said: “And the work was sufficient,” the נְשִׂיאִים said, “what is left for us to do?” So “they brought the shoham-stones, etc.” It is for this reason that they contributed to the altar dedication first. And since, at first, they were somewhat lax, there is a letter missing, here, from their name and it is written וְהַנְּשִֹאִם (without a י' after the שֹ').
And the spices, and the oil for the light, and the anointing oil, and the incense of aromatic spices.

כׇּל־אִישׁ וְאִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר נָדַב לִבָּם אֹתָם לְהָבִיא לְכׇל־הַמְּלָאכָה אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהֹוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁה הֵבִיאוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל נְדָבָה לַיהֹוָֽה׃ {פ}
Every man and woman whose generous heart inspired them to bring something for all the work that Adonoy had commanded to be done through Moshe [did so]. The B’nei Yisrael brought a free-will gift to Adonoy.

And women. [עַל הַנָּשִׁים means] with the women and close to them.
