וַיְהִי דְבַר־יְהֹוָה אֵלַי לֵאמֹֽר׃
Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

בֶּן־אָדָם אַחֶיךָ אַחֶיךָ אַנְשֵׁי גְאֻלָּתֶךָ וְכׇל־בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל כֻּלֹּה אֲשֶׁר אָמְרוּ לָהֶם יֹשְׁבֵי יְרוּשָׁלַ͏ִם רַֽחֲקוּ מֵעַל יְהֹוָה לָנוּ הִיא נִתְּנָה הָאָרֶץ לְמוֹרָשָֽׁה׃ {ס}
Son of man, thy brethren, thy brothers, thy next of kin, and all the house of Yisra᾽el entire are they to whom the inhabitants of Yerushalayim have said, Get you far from the Lord: to us is this land given in possession.

וכל בית ישראל. שהלכו בגולה:
אשר אמרו להם. אשר אמרו עליהם יושבי ירושלי' שלא גלו עם יכני' שהמליך עליהם נבוכדנצר את צדקיהו ועתה גם הם משחקים על אחיהם שגלו ואומרי' עליהם רחקו מעל ה':
אחיך אחיך. גלות שומרון וגלות יכניה:
