כֹּל הָעָם הָאָרֶץ יִהְיוּ אֶל־הַתְּרוּמָה הַזֹּאת לַנָּשִׂיא בְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
All the people of the land shall give this offering for the prince in Yisra᾽el.

וְעַֽל־הַנָּשִׂיא יִֽהְיֶה הָעוֹלוֹת וְהַמִּנְחָה וְהַנֵּסֶךְ בַּחַגִּים וּבֶחֳדָשִׁים וּבַשַּׁבָּתוֹת בְּכׇֽל־מוֹעֲדֵי בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל הֽוּא־יַעֲשֶׂה אֶת־הַחַטָּאת וְאֶת־הַמִּנְחָה וְאֶת־הָעוֹלָה וְאֶת־הַשְּׁלָמִים לְכַפֵּר בְּעַד בֵּֽית־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ {ס}
And it shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings, and meal offerings, and drink offerings, on the feasts, and on the new moons, and on the sabbaths, at all appointed times of the house of Yisra᾽el: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meal offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make atonement for the house of Yisra᾽el.

ועל הנשיא. אומר אני שהנשיא הזה בכהן גדול מדבר וכן כל הנשיא שבענין ושמעתי משמו של רבי מנחם שבמלך מדבר:
