וְהָיָה בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יְחַיֶּה־אִישׁ עֶגְלַת בָּקָר וּשְׁתֵּי־צֹֽאן׃
And it shall come to pass in that day, that a man shall nourish a young cow, and two sheep;

וְהָיָה מֵרֹב עֲשׂוֹת חָלָב יֹאכַל חֶמְאָה כִּֽי־חֶמְאָה וּדְבַשׁ יֹאכֵל כׇּל־הַנּוֹתָר בְּקֶרֶב הָאָֽרֶץ׃ {ס}
and it shall come to pass, from the abundance of milk that they shall give he shall eat butter: for butter and honey shall every one eat that is left in the land.

Rashi
והיה מרוב. חלב שיעשו ב' הצאן הללו יבוזו בעיניהם החלב ויאכלו החמאה הוא שומן החלב:
כל הנותר. הצדיקים הפלטים מחרב סנחריב בשורה גדולה הוא מבשר להם שתזדמן להם פרנסה אחר כל השממון ההוא:
יחיה איש וגו'. ולפי שתהא ארצם ריקנית שיבוזו החיילות את הבהמות ובמעט הנותר אתן ברכה:
