וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵיהֶם אֶת־הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה {ס} כֹּֽה־אָמַר יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כׇּל־נֵבֶל יִמָּלֵא יָיִן וְאָמְרוּ אֵלֶיךָ הֲיָדֹעַ לֹא נֵדַע כִּי כׇל־נֵבֶל יִמָּלֵא יָֽיִן׃
Therefore thou shalt speak to them this word; Thus says the Lord God of Yisra᾽el, Every bottle shall be filled with wine; and when they shall say to thee, Do we not certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine?

וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵיהֶם כֹּֽה־אָמַר יְהֹוָה הִנְנִי מְמַלֵּא אֶת־כׇּל־יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת וְאֶת־הַמְּלָכִים הַיֹּשְׁבִים לְדָוִד עַל־כִּסְאוֹ וְאֶת־הַכֹּהֲנִים וְאֶת־הַנְּבִאִים וְאֵת כׇּל־יֹשְׁבֵי יְרוּשָׁלָ͏ִם שִׁכָּרֽוֹן׃

וְנִפַּצְתִּים אִישׁ אֶל־אָחִיו וְהָאָבוֹת וְהַבָּנִים יַחְדָּו נְאֻם־יְהֹוָה לֹֽא־אֶחְמוֹל וְלֹא־אָחוּס וְלֹא אֲרַחֵם מֵהַשְׁחִיתָֽם׃

ונפצתים איש אל אחיו. אכה זה על זה עד שישברו חתיכות דקות כמו ככלי יוצר תנפצם (תהלים ב) ונפץ את עולליך (שם קלז) וכן כל ניפוץ שבמקרא:
והאבות והבנים. אנפץ זה אצל זה:
שִׁמְעוּ וְהַאֲזִינוּ אַל־תִּגְבָּהוּ כִּי יְהֹוָה דִּבֵּֽר׃

תְּנוּ לַיהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם כָּבוֹד בְּטֶרֶם יַחְשִׁךְ וּבְטֶרֶם יִֽתְנַגְּפוּ רַגְלֵיכֶם עַל־הָרֵי נָשֶׁף וְקִוִּיתֶם לְאוֹר וְשָׂמָהּ לְצַלְמָוֶת (ישית) [וְשִׁית] לַעֲרָפֶֽל׃

יתנגפו. יכשלו אצופי"ר בלעז:
הרי נשף. הרי חשך בלכתם בגולה:
ושית לערפל. כמו ולשית את האור לערפל:
וְאִם לֹא תִשְׁמָעוּהָ בְּמִסְתָּרִים תִּבְכֶּֽה־נַפְשִׁי מִפְּנֵי גֵוָה וְדָמֹעַ תִּדְמַע וְתֵרַד עֵינִי דִּמְעָה כִּי נִשְׁבָּה עֵדֶר יְהֹוָֽה׃ {ס}
But if you will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret for your pride; and my eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the Lord’s flock is carried away captive.
