הִנֵּה יָמִים בָּאִים נְאֻם־יְהֹוָה וּפָקַדְתִּי עַל־כׇּל־מוּל בְּעׇרְלָֽה׃
Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, when I will punish all the circumcised with the uncircumcised;

עַל־מִצְרַיִם וְעַל־יְהוּדָה וְעַל־אֱדוֹם וְעַל־בְּנֵי עַמּוֹן וְעַל־מוֹאָב וְעַל כׇּל־קְצוּצֵי פֵאָה הַיֹּשְׁבִים בַּמִּדְבָּר כִּי כׇל־הַגּוֹיִם עֲרֵלִים וְכׇל־בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל עַרְלֵי־לֵֽב׃ {פ}
Miżrayim, and Yehuda, and Edom, and the children of ῾Ammon, and Mo᾽av, and all the desert dwellers that have the corners of their hair cut off; for all these nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Yisra᾽el are uncircumcised in the heart.

על מצרים וגו'. שכיני א"י היו ולקו אחריה בסמוך לה כמו שכתוב (ביחזקאל כט) ומפרש בסדר עולם:
קצוצי פאה. ל' קצה המוקצין בפאת מדבר:
על כל מול בערלה. על כל מול שיש לו ערלה אפילו ערלת לב:
