עָשִׂיתִי מִשְׁפָּט וָצֶדֶק בַּל־תַּנִּיחֵנִי לְעֹשְׁקָֽי׃
I have done justice and righteousness: leave me not to my oppressors.

עֵינַי כָּלוּ לִישׁוּעָתֶךָ וּלְאִמְרַת צִדְקֶֽךָ׃

עת לעשות לה' וגו'. מוסב על מקרא שלפניו הבינני ואדעה עדותיך להבין עת לעשות לשמך איך יעשו אותם שהפרו תורתך למצוא רצון וסליחה ותמצא להם ואעשה כן על כל עבירה שבידי, ורבותינו דרשו ממנו שעוברין על דברי תורה כדי לעשות סייג וגדר לישראל כגון גדעון ואליה בהר הכרמל שהקריבו בבמה, עוד ראיתי נדרש באגדה פי' איש פנוי וטיילן העושה תורתו עתים מפר ברית, שאדם (פנוי) צריך להיות יגע בתורה כל שעות היום.
עַל־כֵּן אָהַבְתִּי מִצְוֺתֶיךָ מִזָּהָב וּמִפָּֽז׃

על כן אהבתי. על אשר אהבתי מצותיך ראוי לך ללמדני עת רצון ומה אעשה לך ותרצני, יש על כן הרבה שפתרונו על אשר כמו כי על כן ראיתי פניך (בראשית ל״ג:י׳) כי על כן ידעת חנותינו (במדבר י׳:ל״א), על כן יתרה עשה (ישעיהו ט״ו:ז׳).
עַל־כֵּן ׀ כׇּל־פִּקּוּדֵי כֹל יִשָּׁרְתִּי כׇּל־אֹרַח שֶׁקֶר שָׂנֵֽאתִי׃ {פ}

כל פקודי כל ישרתי. כל פקודי כל דבר אשר צוית בתורתך:
ישרתי. ישרו בעיני ואמרתי עליהם ישרו כל זה כדאי אני שתמחול ותרצה לי
ערב עבדך. ל' הצלה גרנטיי"ה בלע"ז היה ערב בשבילי לנגד הרעה (כלומר היה ערב שאשמור פקודיך).
