Tehillim 119:9-16

119:9

בַּמֶּה יְזַכֶּה־נַּעַר אֶת־אׇרְחוֹ לִשְׁמֹר כִּדְבָרֶֽךָ׃

Wherewith shall a young man keep his way pure? by guarding it according to Thy word.

119:10

בְּכׇל־לִבִּי דְרַשְׁתִּיךָ אַל־תַּשְׁגֵּנִי מִמִּצְוֺתֶֽיךָ׃

With my whole heart I have sought Thee: O let me not wander from Thy commandments.

119:11

בְּלִבִּי צָפַנְתִּי אִמְרָתֶךָ לְמַעַן לֹא אֶחֱטָא־לָֽךְ׃

Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against Thee.

בלבי צפנתי. לא נתתיה להשתכח ממני:

119:12

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה לַמְּדֵנִי חֻקֶּֽיךָ׃

Blessed art Thou, O Lord: teach me Thy statutes.

119:13

בִּשְׂפָתַי סִפַּרְתִּי כֹּל מִשְׁפְּטֵי־פִֽיךָ׃

With my lips I have declared all the judgments of Thy mouth.

119:14

בְּדֶרֶךְ עֵדְוֺתֶיךָ שַּׂשְׂתִּי כְּעַל כׇּל־הֽוֹן׃

I have rejoiced in the way of Thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.

119:15

בְּפִקּוּדֶיךָ אָשִׂיחָה וְאַבִּיטָה אֹֽרְחֹתֶֽיךָ׃

I will meditate in Thy precepts, and observe Thy ways.

119:16

בְּחֻקֹּתֶיךָ אֶֽשְׁתַּעֲשָׁע לֹא אֶשְׁכַּח דְּבָרֶֽךָ׃ {פ}

I will delight myself in Thy statutes: I will not forget Thy word.

אשתעשע. אתעסק כמו ישעה האדם על עושהו (ישעיהו י״ז:ז׳) ואל ישעו בדברי שקר (שמות ה׳:ט׳):
