לָכֵן אֱמֹר כֹּֽה־אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יֱהֹוִה וְקִבַּצְתִּי אֶתְכֶם מִן־הָעַמִּים וְאָסַפְתִּי אֶתְכֶם מִן־הָאֲרָצוֹת אֲשֶׁר נְפֹצוֹתֶם בָּהֶם וְנָתַתִּי לָכֶם אֶת־אַדְמַת יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
therefore say, Thus says the Lord God; Yet will I gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Yisra᾽el.

וּבָאוּ־שָׁמָּה וְהֵסִירוּ אֶת־כׇּל־שִׁקּוּצֶיהָ וְאֶת־כׇּל־תּוֹעֲבוֹתֶיהָ מִמֶּֽנָּה׃

לְמַעַן בְּחֻקֹּתַי יֵלֵכוּ וְאֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַי יִשְׁמְרוּ וְעָשׂוּ אֹתָם וְהָיוּ־לִי לְעָם וַאֲנִי אֶהְיֶה לָהֶם לֵאלֹהִֽים׃

ואל לב שקוציהם וגו'. ואותם אשר אל לב שקוץ ותועבות לבם הולך שנשארו בירושלים שלא גלו וטועים בעכו"ם ושקוצי':
דרכם בראשם נתתי. שאוציא עליהם חרב ושבי וילכו בגולה:
וַיִּשְׂאוּ הַכְּרוּבִים אֶת־כַּנְפֵיהֶם וְהָאוֹפַנִּים לְעֻמָּתָם וּכְבוֹד אֱלֹהֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל עֲלֵיהֶם מִלְמָֽעְלָה׃

וישאו הכרובים. לאחר שגמר דבריו אלי נסתלק:
וַיַּעַל כְּבוֹד יְהֹוָה מֵעַל תּוֹךְ הָעִיר וַֽיַּעֲמֹד עַל־הָהָר אֲשֶׁר מִקֶּדֶם לָעִֽיר׃

על ההר אשר מקדם לעיר. הוא הר הזיתים שהוא במזרחו של העיר וזה מסע שלישית:
וְרוּחַ נְשָׂאַתְנִי וַתְּבִאֵנִי כַשְׂדִּימָה אֶל־הַגּוֹלָה בַּמַּרְאֶה בְּרוּחַ אֱלֹהִים וַיַּעַל מֵֽעָלַי הַמַּרְאֶה אֲשֶׁר רָאִֽיתִי׃

במראה ברוח אלהים. נדמה לי כאלו עכשיו הוא מחזירני מירושלים לבבל:
וָאֲדַבֵּר אֶל־הַגּוֹלָה אֵת כׇּל־דִּבְרֵי יְהֹוָה אֲשֶׁר הֶרְאָֽנִי׃ {פ}
